Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we offer international shipping to most countries.
Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from Hong Kong.
Can I change or cancel my order?
As we process orders quickly, changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. After this period, we can no longer modify the order, but you can return it once it arrives for a full refund.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal.
When will my order be processed?
We process orders Monday through Friday. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing before shipping, with extra time needed during holidays or promotions.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery typically takes 2-4 weeks, depending on your location and demand.
What if I don’t receive my order?
If your order doesn’t arrive within 30 days of shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.
Will I be charged with customs and taxes?
Prices are displayed in US Dollars and do not include customs or taxes. Import fees may be charged by your local customs office and are the customer’s responsibility.
