REFUND POLICY

1. Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. Items must be unused and in the same condition as when received. Original packaging is required.
2. Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
3. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your bank or credit card provider. It may take some time for the refund to officially post. If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@luxuryofallure.co.
4. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final and non-refundable.
5. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
